Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Code42, operated by Digital SaaS OÜ. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service, which contain additional prohibited uses in Section 6.

2. Activation Keys and Account Access

Access to courses is granted by redeeming a single-use activation key tied to your account. To protect the integrity of the Service, you may not:

  • Share or Resell Keys: Sell, trade, transfer, or otherwise distribute activation keys to others
  • Share Credentials: Share your account login or allow others to access courses through your account
  • Misuse Keys: Attempt to redeem invalid, fraudulent, or already-used keys, or obtain keys from unauthorized resellers

3. Course Content

Course content is provided for your personal learning under a personal, non-transferable license. You may not:

  • Scrape or Extract: Use automated tools, crawlers, or scripts to download, scrape, or extract lessons, quizzes, or other course content
  • Redistribute: Copy, republish, share, or otherwise distribute course content outside the Service
  • Create Derivatives: Reproduce or create derivative works from course content for redistribution without our written permission

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent access controls or other security or usage limits of the Service
  • Using the Service to distribute spam, phishing, malware, or to carry out social engineering attacks
  • Automated or bulk access to the Service beyond normal use
  • Reverse engineering, probing, or otherwise interfering with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reselling or redistributing access to the Service without authorization
  • Any activity that disrupts, overburdens, or impairs the Service, or that interferes with other users

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Warning and removal of access
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion. For the full list of prohibited uses, see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
